2. Refunds, returns and exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are supported within 7 natural days after receipt. Product packaging must be intact and free of stains, and the product must be used normally and free of damage. Omg, love the hot hot steam! It first starts out as dry steam and slowly the cloth turns wet from the steam and that's when the magic starts. Check out how dirty the cloth got just after doing one corner of my living room (considering my tiles are not the smooth sort and there's years of dirt)
